My work over the last few years has seen a transformation from the quiet stasis of box-structures to the introduction of the figure. These new works explore the nature of solitude through the conversations reflected in the figure's gaze. An unexpressive and remote presence prevails.

I strive to explore what being human means today; the interactions between the figures represent a momentary experience in everyday life.
